The Walk With Coach Betsy Challenge

This challenge is simple but powerful: count your steps and watch how they add up! You decide how far, how fast, or how long. You have 3 options:

  • Break out of a sedentary lifestyle and walk - whatever works for you - just walk for a few minutes.

  • Increase your current activity level. It’s up to you to set your goal or adjust it along the way.

  • Walk 10,000 steps per day. After 100 days, that’s 1,000,000 steps!

Go for it! Challenge yourself to do something you have never done before.
