The Walk With Coach Betsy Challenge
This challenge is simple but powerful: count your steps and watch how they add up! You decide how far, how fast, or how long. You have 3 options:
Break out of a sedentary lifestyle and walk - whatever works for you - just walk for a few minutes.
Increase your current activity level. It’s up to you to set your goal or adjust it along the way.
Walk 10,000 steps per day. After 100 days, that’s 1,000,000 steps!
Go for it! Challenge yourself to do something you have never done before.
