Health and happiness go hand
I have realized that if I want to live a long time (I am 62 now), I need to be strong and healthy as I age. The best way I can do that is to be active. I have prioritized strength training in my workout routine and I walk, do yoga and pilates, and I’m going to play golf again, after a long hiatus. I noticed that my mother slowed down after she turned 60 and she eventually had dementia. I believe her inactivity led to her decline and I will do everything I can to learn from her experience.
