What’s Next for you?

Are you ready to think about “What’s next?”

If you have been running on autopilot just to get through each day, are you ready to feel alive again? You might have experienced the loss of a spouse, parent, or child. Or your children have left for college and careers and your empty nest has brought your life to a halt. If you have been taking care of everyone else first as a caregiver and in charge of logistics 24/7, you might be exhausted, but you also may be thinking that it’s your turn. It’s time to rekindle your joy and get curious about what’s next for you.

You can become unstuck and design a life that you are actually excited about.  If you find yourself thinking, “There was a time when I felt good about myself and my life had meaning.  I want to feel like that again,” that’s your sign. You’re ready.

After a long period of going through the motions, I made a big decision to stop drinking, and then I took action. I called a childhood friend who was a coach and she helped me think through which coaching program was best for me. I made a big decision and a seemingly small action by making a phone call. Then I went back to school, started a new career, and became a first-time entrepreneur. You can make a big difference in your life in your life too.

Make the phone call. Send the email.  Take advantage of AI and explore your options.  Sign up for a class. Begin even if you don’t have a clear path forward yet.  Brainstorm with that friend who knows and understands you or contact me for a FREE Breakthrough Call‍ ‍to help you think it through.

Say yes to what lights you up.

Change can feel both thrilling and terrifying. As Mary Anne Radmacher said, “Change of any sort requires courage.” Don’t let fear stop you. Courage and action will lead you forward.

It’s never too late to choose yourself.

This week, take one small step to move toward your bright and exciting future.
